Our first task was siting the project on the four-acre campus. We discovered one previously proposed site was designated as buffer space on the master plan. We helped determine the site that was appropriately designated in the master plan, best situated for greenhouse placement, and least expensive to develop.
We oriented the 56,000 sf aggregation of greenhouses and the 10,000 sf industrialized headhouse building to align with existing structures on site, and to create a breathing space between the two buildings of very different construction type and use.
