Sha'are Torah Synagogue

We created a phasing design and master plan for Sha'are Torah synagogue in Lakelands (the sister development of Kentlands, a Maryland new urbanism development). It was subject to design review.

We produced the design and construction documents for the first phase, built during a period of rapidly escalating construction costs.

The City of Gaithersburg recognized the project with a planning award honoring excellence in design.
